CASA PELLAS, S.A., hereinafter referred to as “CASA PELLAS”, and the person indicated on the front of this Rental Agreement, hereinafter referred to as “THE RENTER”, enter into this Agreement subject to the following clauses:

Clauses

1. Vehicle Delivery

CASA PELLAS rents to THE RENTER the vehicle described in this Agreement in good condition. THE RENTER must inform any change of address.

2. Use of Vehicle

The vehicle must be used only for personal transportation and driven only by THE RENTER or authorized drivers. Subleasing is prohibited.

3. Timely Return

THE RENTER must return the vehicle at the end of the rental period. Failure to return within 8 hours may result in legal action.

4. Deposit

THE RENTER provides a deposit as a guarantee. CASA PELLAS may deduct damages or pending balances from it.

5. Misuse

The vehicle must not be used for illegal, dangerous, or unauthorized activities, including driving under influence or outside the country without authorization.

6. Payment

THE RENTER must pay the rental amount at the end of the Agreement, including extensions if applicable.

7. Credit

Outstanding balances will accrue a 2% monthly interest plus legal fees if not paid.

8. Driver’s Liability

CASA PELLAS may pursue claims against THE RENTER and/or authorized drivers for damages.

9. Liability for Damages and Fines

THE RENTER is responsible for damages, third-party claims, fines, and hidden damages found after return.

10. Total Loss

Damage exceeding 50% of the vehicle value will be considered total loss.

11. Protection Plans

Coverage applies only if THE RENTER complies with all terms and no negligence is involved.

12. Requirements for Protection Plans

Accidents must be reported to authorities and CASA PELLAS within 48 hours with proper documentation.

13. Odometer Tampering

Tampering or failure to report malfunction results in a charge of 500 km per rental day.

14. Penal Clause

If terms are violated, CASA PELLAS may charge up to 100% of the vehicle’s value.

15. Vehicle Seizure

THE RENTER must cover rental and recovery costs if the vehicle is seized.

16. Legal Claims

CASA PELLAS may handle claims against responsible third parties.

17. Early Termination

Either party may terminate under specified conditions.

18. Forgotten Items

CASA PELLAS is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

19. Applicable Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Nicaragua.

20. Attached Documents

Includes vehicle details, coverage documents, and identification.

21. Acceptance

Both parties accept all terms of this Agreement.
